Hi everyone,
I’m sure by now you know what I do but there are some other things you may like to know. I think random question tags help you know a person more, so I’m doing a get to know me post (yayy).
If you ask me to tell you about myself briefly, I might not know what to say but I can tell you that I am funny (yes very very funny) and you cannot tell me otherwise😑 .
I selected some random questions from the internet and tweaked some of them. My colleague Emem, also suggested some questions (shout out to her) although she didn’t know the purpose. I answered thirty (30) random questions and I would like to know what you think of me, based on my answers.
- What does your name mean?
My first name Edidiong-Abasi means Blessing from God. I am a blessing to my parents and basically everyone😆
- Where are you from and where you born there?
I am from Akwa-Ibom state in the south-southern region of Nigeria and I was born in Calabar, Cross-River state.

Do you have a lot of friends? Can u be your friend? Also, did you always know you’ll be a researcher? And if you didn’t study biotech what will you have studied?
biotechhub
Thank you for reading Daara,
Well, I do not have so many friends because a number of them are now family and I can be my friend.
I don’t think I always wanted to be a researcher but I realized this in uni.
If I didn’t study biotech, I probably would have studied Genetic Engineering, Bioinformatics or Economics (lol)

At some point you looked up to your sister? What happened… why did you stop? 😭😭😭
With regards to your fear, I feel there are 2 sides to it – FEAR can either make you (if you challenge it) or mar you (if you nurture it). Face your fears and never avoid situations that scare you.
For instance, you could either be so afraid of failing at something that you’d decide not to try at all OR you could be so afraid of failing, you give it your all and excel.
In as much as I am driven to give everything (I put my mind/ heart to) my very best, thé fear of failing at something gives me a rude awakening – especially when I’m somewhat reluctant… some could equally argue that it’s the will to succeed.
Hope you catch my drift?
